Turf Skateboards // “JUSTINE CASTILLO Welcome Part” (2025)

I suppose I don’t have a proper introduction to write for the latest Welcome Part released by Turf Skateboards (@turfskateboards.co_ph), but this video will give us a sense of promise: “Justine Castillo is a force you should not miss with today and in the future.”

Kidapawan homies have been killing it, not only by showcasing their homegrown talents but also by demonstrating their creativity in the spots surrounding their city. With additional appearances of skaters, Peter Gardones, Troy Caogdan, Kalid Omar, and Xyril Enoc.

Based on the filmer and editor himself, Jec Abella / Boww Film (@bowwfilm), this has been an overdue welcome part for the 19-year-old up-and-coming skater from Mindanao; taking turns on finding time to film for almost a year now because Justine (@carlsk8life_dawg) also has to balance and prioritize his schooling, as well as fitting both their schedules to get clips from various locations around Davao City, Davao Del Sur, Bukidnon, and back to Kidapawan.
