Mid Age of Dawn // “WE DRINK COFFEE TO SLEEP” (2025)

Earlier this year, Mid Age of Dawn already gifted us savory selections of releases from Welcome Parts of Boyya Go and Cindy Lou Serna, to the recent ones, such as the Pro Part of Boy Maranga, and then followed by another welcome Part of Oyo Bruce Tan, but they ain’t done yet! They still wanna spoil our eyes and make us feel their energy again with this new release, a duo showcase, packed with back-to-back lines, allowing us to indulge in these two modern-day Filipino rippers/skaters making motions on the land of Macau, namely BOY (@boymarangaskt) and OYO (@oyaaaaa.patapim).

Filmed and edited by Erik Wong (@erikwongs), this skate film gave us a dreamy feeling through its song selections, accompanied by the raw and gritty energy of the day and night in Macau, giving a proper spotlight to appreciate the effortless grit of Boy Maranga’s style and the ever buttery flow of Oyo Bruce Tan.
